Joshua Tree

A little snapshot of my February camping trip to Joshua Tree with Mr. Justin Mingus.  We had such a fun time, it was my first time to Joshua Tree, and Justin’s first time in years. We drove up late Thursday night after work and stayed at Indian Cove campground. We woke up early the next morning to catch the sunrise and to head into Joshua Tree National Park to snag a spot. We were lucky enough to get a great spot at Jumbo rocks. We spent Friday hiking/ wandering aimlessly into the desert.  The weather was perfect and we were able to wander without much risk. Would not recommend it during the summer months, though!  Saturday we hiked to the lost horse mine before heading back to town. Check out the camping video here.
